There are three requirements to be eligible to apply with Care With Care:
If you fulfill all three requirements, congratulations — you are qualified to apply!
Unfortunately we’re only able to recruit registered nurses at the moment.
No, there’s no minimal work experience required to participate in the Care With Care program. However, in the end, our employers will decide which candidate to hire. Some employers prefer to hire nurses with some work experience. Others prioritize strong German language and communication skills.
After submitting the application, you should have received an email with the New Candidate To-Do List and our Language Program. Please go through it carefully, start collecting the documents you need and enroll into the A1 language course as soon as possible. Shortly afterwards, you will also receive a call from one of our profiling agents to confirm your application.
The language training is an intensive course that lasts 8-10 months with classes taking up 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. On top of this, you also have to allow some time for the homework. Schedules vary school by school, but generally morning and afternoon classes are the most common.
It is very difficult to successfully complete the intensive German language course while continuing a full-time job. Many of our candidates cannot balance the 4-hour class commitment, 1-2 hour homework requirement, and commute with a full-time job. Some candidates have successfully taken part-time jobs on the weekends. We strongly recommend you take care of yourself and pace your schedule. The more energy you dedicate to language study, the sooner you will pass your B2 exam and the sooner you will start working in Germany.
We have partner language schools in many locations across the country (Manila, Makati, Quezon, Cebu, Bohol, Bacolod, Iloilo, Baguio, Laoag, Santiago City, Dagupan and Olongapo). You can choose whichever is closer to home.
If there is no approved language school close to your home, you have two options: (1) You can relocate to a location with an approved language school for the 8-10 months language training (In this case we will shoulder the A2 to B2 language course costs.). OR (2) You can do self-learning. If you already apply with a completed language level, you would receive a monetary bonus upon deployment to compensate for your language costs: € 750 for B1, € 1,000 for B2, and € 1,200 for B2 exam passers.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to provide online language courses at the moment, but are working on it. Meanwhile you can do self-learning or find another language school close to your home. If you apply with us with a completed language level, you would also get a monetary bonus on deployment: € 750 for B1, € 1,000 for B2, and € 1,200 for B2 exam passers.
Unfortunately, we cannot shoulder the expenses for language training in a school outside of our partner list before a candidate passes the B2 exam. But if you apply with us with a completed language level, we will award you with a cash bonus upon deployment to compensate for your language costs: € 750 for B1, € 1,000 for B2 level completed, € 1,200 for B2 exam passers.
All our partner schools have assessment placement tests. In order to continue your education in one of these, you’ll have to pass this test. Alternatively, if you already hold an officially recognized test certificate in A1, A2 or B1, it could also serve as a proof of your language level. Unfortunately, we cannot accept candidates with certificates issued by their previous school without a placement test.
We do our best to ensure that students in our partner language schools reach the language level that allows to successfully pass any of the exams accepted in Germany: Goethe-Zertifikat, ÖSD or TELC. In the course of training candidates are getting prepared for all 3 exams. We also strongly advise our students not to focus on one test type only, as there are not so many slots available for each every month. If you aim at a faster deployment, be ready for any of the three tests and book the first slot available: If you studied hard, you’ll pass any of the tests.
Care With Care is happy to cover all costs of your language training starting from A2 level (A2, B1, B2) as well as the B2 certificate exam fee. You would only have to pay for the A1 course in the beginning to show commitment to the program. The A1 language training costs around PHP 15,000 to 20,000, depending on the school of your choice.
Care With Care has no placement fees and covers the following costs for each candidate:

Furthermore, we cover as well as qualification recognition, visa application and relocation costs.
