1. How long does it take to recruit a candidate?

The period of recruitment depends on which country a candidate comes from and what language skills the candidate has when joining the Care With Care program. Normally, if the candidate has the requisite language skills and is from the European Union (EU), the process from selection to deployment could take two to three months. If the candidate is from outside the EU, it could take an average of 6 months.

2. What if a candidate has been interviewed and selected but before a contract is signed, the candidate pulls out of the program?

In this situation, we will, at no additional cost, provide you with another candidate from our pool with similar qualifications.

3. What is the qualification recognition process and how long does it take?

The qualification recognition process is a procedure whereby the authorities of the destination country assesses the education and training of a foreign candidate to determine if the qualifications are equivalent to the qualifications in the destination country. The processing period differs from country to country.

4. Will the candidates have the required work permit and/or visa?

We assist in applying for the required work permit and/or work visa for the destination country and will not deploy candidates unless they have the requisite permissions to enter and work in the destination country.

5. Which countries does Care With Care cover?

At the moment, Europe GmbH and its partners provide services to international healthcare employers in Europe (Germany, Switzerland, United Kingdom & Ireland), the Middle East (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar) and North America (USA & Canada).
